Payment card details are entered directly with our third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment-card numbers on our systems.

Our website lets you upload photos, images, or files (for example, photos of a device, a wall, or a job site). We may use uploaded content to evaluate a service request, prepare a quote, diagnose an issue, document work, communicate with you, and provide the requested service.

Please avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information. Uploaded content is stored with your service record and is not published publicly by us.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or equivalent analytics technology. Analytics may collect information about your interactions with the website, device/browser information, pages viewed, referral source, and similar usage information.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies where applicable to support site functionality, analytics, checkout, saved preferences, and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

We may share information with service providers when reasonably necessary, such as:

• payment processors and booking/scheduling providers;
