Payment card details are entered directly with our third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment-card numbers on our systems.
2. Uploaded Photos & Files
Our website lets you upload photos, images, or files (for example, photos of a device, a wall, or a job site). We may use uploaded content to evaluate a service request, prepare a quote, diagnose an issue, document work, communicate with you, and provide the requested service.
Please avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information. Uploaded content is stored with your service record and is not published publicly by us.
