FAQ

Common questions.

Will removing the antenna leave holes or leaks in my roof?

Any holes left behind are sealed with Bishop Tape, a heavy-duty, self-fusing waterproof flashing tape. Your roof stays watertight with no visible holes or leaks.

Why do 2-story homes cost a little more?

Working at greater heights adds real safety risk and setup, so 2-story jobs add $25 per unit plus a one-time $20 safety surcharge for the visit. It stays minimal.

What is a steep-pitch surcharge?

Steeply pitched roofs require extra fall protection and take longer to work safely, so each antenna on a steep pitch adds $35.

Do you remove satellite dishes too?

Yes, DirecTV, Dish, and old internet dishes. They're priced the same as a basic roof-mount antenna.

What's included in every job?

Bishop Tape sealing of all penetrations, full haul-away and disposal, before/after photos, and a 1-year leak-free patch guarantee.
